How to do it:
1️⃣ Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor.
2️⃣ Lift one foot slightly off the ground and rotate your ankle in a circular motion.
3️⃣ Do 10 rotations clockwise, then 10 counterclockwise. Repeat with the other foot.
